Email hello@kickio.com. If your question is about an order, include the order number so we can pull it up straight away. We aim to reply within one working day.
Buying
- Every price on Kickio already includes the Buyer Protection Fee. If you're in the EU, prices include your country's VAT, and in the US they include import duty and tariffs (never sales tax). Postage and anything else due are shown before you pay.
- Your payment is held until the item is dispatched and the protection window closes.
- Not dispatched after seven days? You can cancel the order for a full refund.
- Item not as described? Raise it from your orders page while the protection window is open.
Selling
- Selling is free. There are no listing fees, no seller fees and no commission - you keep 100% of your sale price.
- Add at least one clear photo of the actual shirt before a listing can go live.
- Be accurate on team, season, size and condition. It cuts returns dramatically.
- Dispatch promptly once an item sells. We nudge at four days and the buyer can cancel at seven.
- Connect a payout account in Settings so your money can be released after each sale.
